Keyword Search
keywords Purveyor discovers Keywords in each folder and groups them in a search list removing the need to manually type keywords or guess what terms are available (WYSIWYG searching). Place a check next to one or more keywords, right-click the mouse and results display in the thumbnail view in real time... that means FAST. Each keyword displays the number of times it occurs in the current results providing an interactive experience when filtering on increasingly specific details.
Adding keywords to a batch of media files is as simple as selecting relevant thumbnails with the mouse and using the Ctrl+T (single keyword) or Ctrl+K (multiple keyword) hotkeys. Keywords can also be set from the fullscreen mode to guarrantee perfect description accuracy.
Define and group an unlimited number of keywords. Once a keyword has been added it never needs to be typed again. Unify the terminology used within a peer or work group by sharing a Vocabulary file (optional).

All Metadata Welcome
Search EXIF information added by a digital camera or IPTC keywords added by other applications. Media Purveyor will even search ID3(v1.1) fields, JPEG Comments, and PNG Key/Values.

User Defined Fields (advanced)
Advanced users may author their own description schemes with user defined fields to collect information critical to specific business or personal needs. User defined field definitions (called Entry Screens) can be shared with peers to form a structured de-centralized (disconnected) database.
