When sending a bug report please note your OS (Win ME/2000/XP), memory
and any other pertinent information. It is frequently helpful to
know what types of media files are involved if there is a problem
ex. JPEG, PNG, GIF, etc.. Some metadata formats such as EXIF vary
from digital camera to digital camera and so if the bug has to do
with loading JPEG or TIFF files generated from a digital camera,
the make/model is additionally helpful. Thank you for your patience!

if you are a solutions provider hoping to leverage Media Purveyor's unique technology to

All information sent to support is strictly confidential. Your
e-mail address is kept secret and is not shared with anyone. Your
comments remain private and are promptly deleted once your concern has
been addressed and resolved. Positive comments are highly appreciated
but they too are deleted and will not find their way into marketing
materials unless you explicitly grant permission.
