From the main browser screen, select a single thumbnail. Press and hold down the Ctrl and Z keys simultaneously (Ctrl+Z). The description editor will appear.

To add or remove keywords simply select the "Keywords" tab and check/uncheck the desired keywords.

To edit Entry Screen field values click the "Entry Screens" tab. Another tab list will appear with one tab for each Entry Screen that can be edited. Media Purveyor ships with a Simple Dublin Core screen but custom Entry Screens can be easily designed by clicking Advanced Metadata Authoring under the File menu of the browser.

Click Ok when finished and the descriptions will be saved to the file.
