From the main browser screen, select the thumbnail for the image to edit. Press and hold down the Ctrl and E keys simultaneously to edit the Default View for the image. Each lossless edit in Media Purveyor is called a View. The Default View has special significance in that it is the Default View that is displayed in the thumbnail and by default in the Gallery. When adding a default View, the user will be prompted for a name for the view.

From the main browser screen, click Add in the Views box of the Image Preview. A name prompt will appear asking for a name for the view. Media Purveyor will also ask whether to set this view as the default.

When done modifying the image, click the File menu and select Save to save the changes to the file and then click Exit to return to the Media Browser. A useful shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+S which will Save the changes and return to the browser.
